1. Limitation of Liability

   • Allen Auto Detailers is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, rust, or mechanical issues.

   • We are not liable for damage resulting from weakened or faulty parts, aftermarket modifications, or improper prior repairs.

   • Customers assume all risks related to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables before service.

2. Weather & Environmental Factors

   • We are not responsible for environmental factors such as rain, dust, pollen, or bird droppings affecting the vehicle after service.

3. Service Satisfaction

   • If the Customer is unsatisfied with the service, they must notify us within [X] hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns but do not guarantee refunds.

4. Liability Waiver

   • By using our services, the Customer releases Allen Auto Detailers from all claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our car washing and detailing services.

• Customers must remove all valuables from the vehicle before service.

• Allen Auto Detailers is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

6. Customer Conduct

• Customers must treat our staff with respect and professionalism.

• Any inappropriate behavior, verbal abuse, or threats will result in refusal of service and potential reporting to authorities.

7. Warranty & Service Satisfaction

• We strive for quality service; however, we do not guarantee results for vehicles with extreme conditions such as excessive stains, odors, or heavy oxidation.

• If the Customer is unsatisfied with the service, they must report concerns within [X] hours, and we will assess possible corrections.

8. Amendments to Terms
